(1) Vendor needs to provide Branding and Social Media Services for Government Authority.
(2) Vendor should implementation of redesign to incorporate branding and to compliment new social media strategy.
(3) Vendor should provide two to three top campaign concepts, a sample of a measurement document or final report.
