Government Authority located in Texas; USA looking for expert vendor for Document Scanning and Indexing Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Document Scanning and Indexing Services for 10,000 records with an average of 50 pages per record for government authority.
(2) The contract period shall begin on or about March 1, 2012 and continue for 12-months thereafter and it may extend for one additional year.
(3) There are approximately 300,000 individual documents, each of which may contain in excess of 50 images to be indexed.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[D] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)
[E] Deadline to Submit Proposals: December 12, 2011(RFP deadline has been extended)
