We are Illinois; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Offsite Simple Data Entry Service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Record and screen layouts will be provided by us. Vendor is responsible their data entry equipment. Applications and supporting documents are to be batched in groups of one hundred (100) per group. Vendor must supply data entry service giving a 48 hour turnaround on work received. Completed work must be transmitted to us via an FTP.
(2) Vendor needs to pick up the documents from our office.
(3) Approximate volume of the work will be 376519 records per year.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
